Booking Your Appointment at Kids & Family Dental
Once your CDCP application has been approved, you will receive a welcome package with your coverage start date. Once your coverage is active, you can book your appointment with us to begin your dental care on or after that date. We’ll be happy to walk you through your benefits and ensure you get the care you need.
